The Babe and Blade is one of my signature pieces.  This particular one is hanging in the office of a dear friend.

     This hand carved leather piece is 20" wide and 14" long. It is no longer available on oak but will be mounted on wood and trim will be wrapped around the sides of the piece. My gift is about detail so it will be beautiful.

   Attached (by handmade wooden handles) is with a 15" bowie knife made of stacked leather, imitation ivory, black spacers with a duralum butt cap and double brass hilt. It is made with 01 steel. The bowie handle is 5" long and the blade is 10" long.

      This item is $850.00 and is approximately 120 days out from ordering. There is a 275.00 deposit required at time of ordering, $275.00 mid-way through the project and $300.00 final payment when completed (plus priority mail shipping/insurance fee).

       If you are interested in ordering JUST the handcarved leather piece (without the Bowie knife) to display your own knife, I will be able to do that.  I will want to make the piece to be in proporation to the size of your knife, therefore please contact me directly via email for a price quote at jddennehy@yahoo.com
